What is Envision 2040?  Envision 2040 is the next Comprehensive Plan update for Bourbon County.  The focus is on envisioning and strategically planning for development, redevelopment, and preservation of our community.  After developing goals, objectives, and action items, the result of this process is a Comprehensive Plan that, if implemented properly, will guide the development of a healthy and sustainable community.
